Be DOG SMART

If it's on it's own, leave it alone.

Remember what your dog does belongs to you.
Pick it up and take it home or put it in a bin.

Chest is best for patting.

A dog needs: fresh water, food, a warm bed, shelter, exercise and regular visits to the vet.

Awesome Room 10 Students Working in Groups

Room 10 students are showing themselves to be very responsible and caring members of a group.
Mrs Winton has been delighted to see them working cooperatively with all engaged on the task at hand.

Skate Park Safety Lesson with Arne Tuesday 16 February 2016

Off we go to see Arne over at the
Skate Park.

Arne explained to us how lucky we are to have such a wonderful
Skate Park right next door to our school. He explained Skate Park rules and good manners so we can all have a good time when we are using it. Who can explain what it is to be a snake at a Skate Park?

We had a game of tag on our wheels.

We had a downhill race.

Arne gave us some free time to use the Skate Park all on our own.
It was AWESOME!

Monarch Butterfly Excitement

From caterpillar to chrysalis we have waited just under 2 weeks for our first butterflies to appear.

It was super exciting on Monday to see that we had our first butterfly. We wished it a happy life as we watched it fly away outside Room 10.

Our 2nd butterfly to emerge from its chrysalis.
It too has been set free to fly away to find some friends.
